![]() ![]() Finder does not generate thumbnails for all file types. We should not be forced to spend more money with Adobe to be able to use something as simple as cloud storage.ĭoes anyone here know a viable alternative to Bridge? I use Ai Ps, Id, Br, Pr, Ac, and thumnails for all of these are wanted. We should be able to declutter, have less HDD's and reduce our carbon footprint, not be told to consume more. External drives etc, go against our work place security policy and in this day and age is archaic. ![]() He said there were no alternatives but I should use external drives instead of OneDrive or subscribe to Adobe cloud storage. ![]() I said this has ruined my whole workflow and asked what alternatives there were to Bridge. First, click the Apple logo in the top left corner of your Mac Desktop and select System Preferences, then select Extensions in the top-level menu (shown in the 3rd row from the top). Open the application and head over to Phone Switcher>Choose Cloud to Cloud. If you’re on OSX 10.10 or higher, get sync status directly from Finder by enabling Finder overlays in Settings. Moving files through a third-party software Download and install AnyTrans. Sync files from iCloud on your Mac and then move them manually to OneDrive. I don't care if Bridge is free, it should work well with other Adobe products and meet basic user requirements. You can do the same procedure on a Mac computer after you have installed the OneDrive app for it and logged into it. I said, I spend a lot of money every year with Adobe and I expect their products to work well together and within reasonable user expectations, like working with cloud storage. They said "since Bridge is now free I shouldn't expect it to work, it just isn't very good". After your Microsoft Account is ready, you can download OneDrive on a Mac a couple of different ways. Neither OneDrive or Dropbox could be made to work using Bridge. They tried many things over about 2 hours but couldn't make Bridge work with my cloud storage. I also spent time with Adobe this week with my new Mac Studio. ![]()
